Over the past two and a half years, the WE-EMPOWER project partners have undertaken a comprehensive and collaborative reflection process, facilitated through research, three in-person transnational training sessions, and extensive dialogue with civil society actors, policymakers, politicians, and adult education providers. The project has also created a carefully curated online collection of non-formal educational resources, presented as a “Treasure Box”, and developed a toolkit featuring methodologies for community-building and strategic communication. A key component of the project has been the organisation of online multiplier events, with 10 such events held from 2022-2024. These events primarily took the form of webinar discussions, online interactive workshops and hybrid events.
